New Member Forms

New Member Application priority deadline is May 31, 2025.

Applications received after this date may be approved at Board discretion and pending available space.

All families interested in membership must fill out the New Member Application and pay a nonrefundable $10 application fee  before being considered for membership. New members are admitted as space allows and after the application and interview process is complete. Membership is not guaranteed. We strive to make sure that FAITH Coop is a good fit for each family as we are limited on space in classes.

Background checks are required for all adults who will be on site during the co-op day.
